Quotation terms should identify minimum quantities, sample costs, production timing, packing, freight and installation responsibilities for the actual order. Do not assume a standard price or delivery promise from a reference configuration.

- Place occupied chairs, staff standing positions and open cabinet doors into the review.
- Reconcile every fixture number and quantity with the latest approved plan revision.

Can you work from my existing floor plan?
Provide a measured plan and photographs, then identify which measurements have been checked on site. Existing drawings are planning inputs; unresolved dimensions should remain flagged until the responsible party verifies them.
Does a concept image include all production details?
No. A visual direction does not establish every dimension, joint, load, cable route or fixing. Confirm which drawings and samples are included and obtain the released detail set before manufacturing.
Is local permitting or electrical design included?
Do not assume it is part of fixture design. Local site approvals, electrical work, access requirements and installation responsibilities need named parties and a confirmed contractual scope.
How are design fees and revisions handled?
The stages, deliverables, revision limits, fees and any relationship to a later order must be stated in the proposal. This page does not promise a fixed fee or unlimited free revisions.

A planning meeting should leave a small set of approved items and a visible list of unresolved questions. This makes a store layout easier to revise and prevents later production work from relying on assumptions hidden in a concept image.
