FOCUS — Compare the fixture package by numbered line items. Updated 22 October 2026 A complete-shop quotation is easier to review when it follows the plan. Use one numbered schedule for wall bays, counters, islands, storage and play furniture. This exposes missing quantities and makes it possible to compare a base specification with optional upgrades. DECISIONS Required fixtures List item number, location, overall size and quantity. Each item should appear on the same plan revision. Chosen options Identify locks, lighting, glazing, drawers and adjustable fittings per item. Avoid a single finish note that hides functional differences. Project services Separate design, sample, packing, shipment and on-site scope. Show assumptions and exclusions alongside the relevant cost line. REVIEW SEQUENCE 1. Mark the numbered fixtures on a plan and reconcile every number with the quotation. 2. Check that reserve storage and staff furniture are not accidentally counted as customer-facing display capacity. 3. Request an alternate only where the changed configuration is clear; keep the quantities and destination the same. 4. Record the approved revision and the open decisions before placing an order. Changes to site information or merchandise can change the required fixture package.
