FOCUS — Build a shelf bay around the stock you actually sell. Updated 22 October 2026 A sealed-product fixture has two separate jobs: make the next purchase easy to see and allow staff to refill it without rebuilding the display. Prepare one bay schedule for each merchandise family rather than quoting a wall by length alone. DECISIONS Booster boxes Measure the carton in its selling orientation, including any lid used as a display header. Record visible facings and front-to-back reserve separately. Large collection boxes and tins Record the widest and deepest current examples, not only a typical box. Confirm whether a shelf can be adjusted without removing adjacent stock. Hanging packs Measure the hanging hole position, pack width and pack depth. Check hooks, label position and the rear pack retrieval route. REVIEW SEQUENCE 1. Mark the clear internal bay width between supports. Overall fixture width is not the same number. 2. Choose a trial gap and end clearance. Test the complete row with real packages before approving a repeat layout. 3. List item count multiplied by item weight for every shelf; ask the supplier to confirm the complete shelf and support arrangement. There is no default load rating on this page. 4. Walk through a release-day refill while another person browses. Keep cartons and open doors out of the customer route.
