FOCUS — Give each packaging family a clear job in the bay. Updated 22 October 2026 A mixed TCG wall may need closed booster boxes, tall gift boxes, tins and hanging products. They should share a visual system without being forced onto identical shelf spacing. Start with a packaging schedule and specify how each category is replenished. DECISIONS Regular boxed releases Group products by measured footprint and usual refill frequency. Show visible display stock separately from reserve. Tall or irregular gift packaging Test the largest current item and an anticipated range change. Check header, shelf-lip and customer removal clearance. Blisters and accessories Identify the actual hanging system or shelf bin required. Do not assume two products with similar branding share the same fitting. REVIEW SEQUENCE 1. Sort representative products into shelf, hook and assisted-sales groups. 2. Sketch a bay with shelf positions, price labels, dividing lines and the heaviest complete shelf. 3. Ask which fittings can move without tools and which require a different bracket or support. 4. Record a reset procedure for a new release: remove stock, move fittings, relabel and restock. Use the actual time observed rather than a promised reset time.
