For an OEM brief, supply the design files, dimensions, intended materials and acceptance requirements. Identify design ownership and confidential information before files are shared. Review manufacturability and site interfaces before confirming the production basis.
STEP 02
Develop a new configuration together
For an ODM brief, start with the selling task, merchandise samples and visual direction. Agree the cabinet arrangement, access, stock storage and equipment integration. The output is a defined fixture configuration with reviewable drawings, not simply a rendering.
STEP 03
Control practical customization
Adjust shelf spacing, card inserts, graphic panels, access doors and finish combinations to the product range. Check strength, stability, service access and assembly whenever a configuration changes. A larger panel or deeper shelf may require a different supporting structure.
STEP 04
Agree production and commercial conditions
Confirm sample scope, tooling, minimum quantities, drawing ownership, repeat-order conditions and any confidentiality agreement in writing. Production timing depends on approved information, materials and the agreed release conditions.
