FOCUS — Shelving for Sealed TCG Products Request checklist · updated 2026-10-16 Define which sealed products customers can browse and which staff retrieve. Then record the visible facings and the reserve quantity separately. This makes the wall depth, hook arrangement and storage requirement reviewable when the assortment changes. INFORMATION TO SEND Package samples: Outer length, depth, height and weight for booster boxes, bundles, tins and packs. Facings and depth: Visible fronts per product and the number of packages behind each front. Shelf loading: The heaviest planned fully loaded shelf and any uneven stock arrangement. Hanging packs: Hole position, hole-to-edge distance, pack thickness and representative pack weight. Stock control: Which ranges are open to customers, staff-assisted or kept as reserve stock. REVIEW BEFORE APPROVAL - Place the deepest and tallest packages in the proposed bay and remove them normally. - Review shelf loading with the complete planned assortment, not an empty display. - Check that graphics and shelf lips leave product names and price labels visible. - Try one new-release assortment with the same bay and record which fittings must move. REFERENCE STATUS Development proposals require project drawings and sample approval. Confirm quantities, sample costs, production timing, freight and installation scope in the quotation.
